In a new post on the Mars Hill Blog, Mark Driscoll shares after 14 years of pastoring – the things he would do differently if he was to plant his church over again.

1.  He would seek more training and mentorship before planting a church.

2.  He would be more bold in raising financial support rather than overwork both him and his wife.

3.  He would give his wife’s needs a higher priority.

4.  He would delegate more ministry responsibility to other healthy leaders.
